Returns & Refunds
Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, grading disputes, and order issues.
Grading tolerance notice
Our inventory is graded by hand using consistent in-house standards. Because vintage inventory naturally varies, a grading tolerance of up to 10% applies to all wholesale orders. A small number of items may fall slightly above or below the stated grade, which is considered normal industry practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY
COMPRESSED FOR SHIPPING
To move wholesale quantities efficiently, inventory is packed in compressed bales during transport. Temporary creasing or pressure marks can naturally occur during shipping and storage.
SHIPPED IN ORIGINAL VINTAGE CONDITION
Most bundles are shipped in original vintage condition unless a wash service has been added separately. This helps preserve the original character and condition of the garments.
PREP BEFORE RESALE
Most resellers steam, wash, or refresh inventory before photographing and listing. This can help improve presentation and reduce light storage or transport marks.
Temporary creasing, compression marks, or light storage wear caused during transport are considered normal within vintage wholesale and are not treated as grading faults.
RETURNS & Refunds FAQ’s
No vintage item is completely flawless or factory-new. A Grade inventory is selected for cleaner overall condition, but light wear, or small signs of age can still be present.
Some marks may improve with washing or steaming, while others may remain unnoticeable. B Grade is priced to offer stronger value and may include items that need light prep before resale.
Because vintage clothing is pre-worn, we cannot guarantee completely flawless inventory across wholesale bundles. Choosing higher grades helps reduce the likelihood of noticeable flaws or heavier wear.
No. Inventory is graded based on overall condition, wearability, and resale suitability, not brand hype or current trends.
Blended grades combine two neighboring grades within the same bundle. For example: A/B Grade includes a mix of A Grade and B Grade inventory. B/C Grade includes a mix of B Grade and C Grade inventory. A/B/C Grade includes a mix of A Grade, B Grade and C Grade inventory. These bundles are designed to offer a balance between condition and value.
Vintage inventory naturally falls across a condition range, and not every item fits perfectly into a single category. Blended grades allow us to sort inventory more accurately while offering better value across wholesale bundles. They are especially popular with volume resellers looking for stronger margins.
We aim to keep blended bundles balanced, though exact ratios may vary slightly depending on available inventory. The overall bundle should still clearly reflect both grades. For example: In A/B, majority pieces will be Grade A. In B/C, majority pieces will be Grade B. In A/B/C, majority pieces will be Grade B.
All inventory is graded manually by our in-house team. Because vintage clothing naturally varies, slight grading differences can occasionally happen across larger wholesale bundles. If you believe an item falls significantly outside the expected grade, contact our support team and we’ll review the issue fairly.
